OUR MISSION:
At Hurt So Good Fitness, our mission is to provide the best quality training, support, and accountability to each and every client, as well as a supportive atmosphere you want to return to. Our trainers continue their education on a regular basis to stay current with the science and trends going on in the fitness industry in order to provide the highest quality of knowledge and instruction to all. We also provide an inviting, clean, friendly, and private environment for each client to feel comfortable and confident.

OUR GOAL:
Our goal is to provide the tools and education needed to teach clients a sustainable and holistic approach to living a balanced, happy, healthy, and pain free lifestyle, all while achieving their ideal body composition without drastic measures or "fad" diets. We hope to build a supportive community of like minded clients who will support each other and make friends along the way.

Our core values of balance, prevention, and progression will help every client become healthier on the inside and the outside. We believe that fitness must be approached in a holistic and balanced approach by addressing flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, nutritional needs for your specific lifestyle, and most importantly a positive mindset. Injury prevention and safety are of the utmost importance to prevent setbacks and in order to stay consistent with your personal program. Progression, no matter how big or small, can be achieved in many ways while training with us. Progress is not just about weigh-ins. It can be seen in flexibility, strength, endurance, or even by improving one’s mindset, quality of life, and health through the habits we strive to implement into your daily life.
