You can choose between 30-minute or 60-minute training sessions, and we offer 5 different 60-minute classes, each designed to address specific fitness goals. We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us to accommodate other clients and reschedule your session as soon as possible.
